The Stranded Workers Action Network needs our help. So far they have got calls from 16,000+ stranded workers across the country. They are in need of funds to support these stranded workers. They have a system to verify each call they receive asking for help. Half of those who call have rations for less than a day left. 64% had less than Rs 100 left. With the extended lockdown, the requirements are increasing at a very fast rate. SEEDS is already supporting Stranded Workers Action Network (SWAN)’s efforts.
