We have covered all 30 districts for the 1st time. 2. Sundergarh district has zoomed from 100 in two previous years to 816 students - to check the reason of this success 3. Participation has increased beyond the success of 1st year of 3512  to 4678 a significant increase of about 1150 students 4. Mayurbhanj has zoomed from 0 in 2004 to 341, a commendable increase. It is not clear why it dropped to 0 in 2004 from 260 the in 2003.  Concerns or area of work: 1. Very high number of districts(18) have only 1 or 2 centers, we need to have a letter to these district's Cis, immidiately to explain.  2.Also a letter to other districts with 3, 4 or 5 centers to ask them what they think can improve participation.   3. A letter of commendation to Cis of Sundergarh district and Puri District appriciating their help but requesting them to further effort. 4. A news paper article in each of the 4 Oriya news papers, Samaja, Sambada, Dharitri and Pragatibadi and a press release based on the above analysis. 5. A personal letter of appriciation to each center which has more than 50 students or more. 6. Need to identify if all the 61 centers of 2003 and 34 in 2004 are among the 81 centers? 7. Which centers which we had in earlier years that did not work this year? Swadheen to write a DO to the person who coordinated for reason? I want to know the numbers. 8. To get the numbers easily we need to develop an Access data base for this, at least discuss about it in IMA.
